Our key team leaders are:

Nitin Thakrar- Director
Nitin has 10 years of experience in e-Learning and providing support to the public sector. His experience ranges from developing learning strategies, clarifying purpose and formulating objectives for e-Learning. Nitin has also provided consultancy in the subject areas of partnership development, leadership and community working which are relevant to the development. Nitin currently serves as a Governor to Henley College in Coventry. Nitin advises on overall development project to ensure contract compliance and resources are deployed as necessary to complete the project on time. Nitin's other duties include managing the business with business development and account management. His qualification includes an Economics degree and an MBA.

Karyn Murray- Instructional Designer and Manager
Karyn has over 15 years experience in project management, training and development and holds a Masters Degree in Professional Training and Development from Leeds Metropolitan University and is suitably experienced in designing e-Learning courses. Karyn has very strong skills in instructional design in developing course material, sequencing lessons based on psychological, ICT learning, identifying appropriate media for e-Learning, navigational overview of lessons, courses and modules, devising interactions, exercises and questions which will consolidate and confirm learning. Karyn has designed and developed a number e-Learning content material in KnowledgePresenter.

Anand Davda- Technical Development Manager
With over a decade of experience in technology and the internet, Anand founded his first company whilst still in his undergraduate studies. He attended the University of Cardiff and has an MBA. Anand has been programming for e-Learning Studios since 2007, taking the lead on our Knowledge Presenter. Anand is a specialist in LMS, php, MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX and Action-Script and website integration. Anand leads a team of 10 designers and programmers to ensure the right mix of technical expertise is used for e-Learning.
